To clear things out i'll explain the process again:

1. Open your account
2. Make your deposit
3. Receive your bonus
4. Transfer ALL your money to Betfair (until you have 0$ funds)
5. Send an e-mail with your bonus request
6. Wait until Tuesday for an e-mail answer
7. On Tuesday the bonus will be credited in your account.
8. Once you transfer all your money again, repeat this process all over again!

It's necessary to send an e-mail every time you run out of funds in at Tower Gaming, in order to let Oliver check if you're eligible to get a new bonus on the following Tuesday.

Once he sends you the confirmation e-mail, feel free to deposit your money on the following Tuesday (or later).
