Hello,

I had some bad luck and I just won my very first bet at betclic and now I'm not sure if i can still win my 20 euro bonus. Should I try to lose a second 20 euro bet or is there no more chance to get the bonus? 

If i can't win the bonus anymore should I just withdraw all my money and move to the next betting house? A big amount of my money on betfair got transfered to betclic because of my loss on betfair.

Unfortunately the Betclic bonus is a refund for the first bet. That means that you only get a 20€ bonus if you lose your first 20€ bet.

Here's quote from the terms and conditions displayed in their website:

5. Only your first bet will be reimbursed. To get the best out of this offer, you may wish to place a first bet of £20 all in one go. 

It's up to you if you wish to withdraw your money from Betclic or if you decide to transfer it back to your Betfair account (with matched betting). 

Don't forget that some bookmakers (including Betclic) tend to restrict temporary bonus offers to users that usually withdraw their money. Considering the fact that this is was your first bet i think that it won't be a problem! But you should consider this in the future!

Thanks Jose,  I guess I'll just move to the next betting house as my investment for double betting isn't large enough yet to play around and I don't want to risk transferring all my money to betclic if i keep losing.

These 20 euro bets can transfer quite a bit of balance out of betfair wen you lose. I might have to increase my investment in betfair to prepare for the harder betting houses.

I hope that good luck will be coming now as I had quite a bit of bad luck lately.

Don't worry about that! Betclic is often releasing new bonuses to everyone, just like the one that you've lost.

For the next bookmakers you won't have this problem! The bonuses will be credited wether you lose your bet or not.

A day after requesting a withdrawal I received an email from Betclic offering a 10 Pound bonus for the upcoming European matches. I guess I'll have to make a deposit with them in order to take advantage of this bonus!
