FIFA have provisionally lifted Nigeria's suspension from international football.
Nigeria, due to play Guinea in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Sunday, were banned on Monday because of political interference in the sport.
The government suspended all national team activity for two years after a series of disastrous showings, vowing to restructure the national game and root out corruption.
